Returns Form

• Download the returns form HERE
• Fill it out completely.
• Email the completed form to: support@huffer.co.nz

Return Conditions

• Time Frame: Return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Item Condition: Must be in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds & Store Credit

• Full-price items: Eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
• Sale/Outlet/Discounted items: Store credit only (no refunds).
• Credit Notes / Gift Cards:
• In-store credit/gift cards don’t work online and vice versa.
• Email support to swap formats if needed.
• For online credit issues, try the "Gift Card" box at checkout.

Exchanges

• Allowed for different size or colour.
• Even outlet/sale items can be exchanged for size.

Change of Mind Returns

• Accepted for all online purchases (including sale/discounted).
• Must be returned within 30 days, in original purchase condition.

Return Postage

• Faulty/Incorrect Item? Huffer covers return shipping – email support@huffer.co.nz
• Change of mind? You cover postage.

Discount Codes & Promos

• Not valid on outlet or sale items.
• Cannot be combined with other offers.

Return Tips

1. Track your return – helps in case it gets lost.
2. Label your package with Full Name & Order ID (#AU…).
3. Be patient – processing can take a few days.
4. Low stock items? Still request exchanges – some reserve units exist!
